TECHNOLOGY RIGID TCA ALUMINUM FOOT The brand-new TCA features an advanced aluminum construction, providing up to more than 5 times rigidity and strength to the previous C-40X TCA. The new aluminum TCA excels with its elevated torsion and flex resistance, ensuring exceptional stability even under intense pressure. TCA Technology Detail Video HDG-II: HIGH DENSITY GEARING IIOVERSIZED MAIN GEAR Under the original high-strength HDGII, Okuma has enlarged the main gear to provide better strength and a higher gear ratio. Taking the 3000 sizes as an example, the Inspira main gear is larger than the standard gearing by 7%. LIGHTWEIGHT AND MACHINED ALUMINUM SPOOL Crafted with precision, the Inspira features a lightweight and durable machined aluminum spool. This remarkable construction not only reduces the overall weight of the reel but also ensures unparalleled performance and longevity. CFR: CYCLONIC FLOW ROTOR TECHNOLOGY Cyclonic Flow Rotor (CFR) was designed to create “cyclonic” airflow, which significantly increases air around the rotor, beneath and around the spool, with every turn of the handle. This thoroughly tested design allows for a much faster drying time if the reel becomes wet, minimizing corrosion and extending longevity of the reel. HEAVY DUTY, SOLID ALUMINUM BAIL WIRE The Inspira is equipped a heavyduty, solid aluminum bail wire with unwavering strength and resilience, designed to resist distortion, even when faced with intense pressures. SCREW-IN HANDLE DESIGN The Inspira is also equipped with a light weight, machined Aluminum Screw-in Handle that screws directly into the reel, providing a direct and secure connection. FLITE DRIVE™ To increase the lightness of rotation and reduce drag, Okuma incorporated a hollowed-out center design in the pinion gear.
